We first develop a hypothesis of the highest opportunity buyers in the target markets. We then talk to a sampling of these prospective buyers to understand needs and buying behaviors, measure perceptions of our clients against competitors, and test propensity to buy specific service offerings. Based on this information, we map our clients' service offerings to target market needs and develop compelling messages to approach each category of buyer.

Broderick then creates an integrated marketing and business development tactical plan to approach the target market that details activities, timeline, ownership and metrics for tracking and measuring success. Broderick works with our clients to manage and support the implementation of the program.
